Role Overview: Our partner is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager to join their team and oversee key customer accounts on their platform. This person will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You'll own day-to-day account operations while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service. Responsibilities Priority : Vendor-side account management Manage high-value client accounts Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation Ensure timely execution of all project milestones Contribute to continuous process improvement Requirements 2-4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows B2B account management Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) Highly organized with sharp attention to detail Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) US time zone availability required Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator Benefits Remote Work: Fully remote - work from anywhere Generous PTO: 10 days PTO per year, plus public holidays and sick leave Direct Mentorship: Grow through guidance from international industry experts Learning & Development: Ongoing access to resources for professional growth Global Networking: Work and connect with professionals around the world Work-Life Balance: Balanced schedules that support a healthy work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
