**Description**: As Sr Regulatory Specialist - Biologicals Cam Andean you will develop regulatory strategies according to the global inputs and the local needs to ensure the successful registration of the products according to the business needs in Central America and Andean countries. Strong interaction with external regulatory bodies and internally with regulatory colleges and other functions in the organization (Field sciences, Customer service, Marketing and Sales) both nationally and internationally are expected. **Activities** - Ensure successful product registrations by preparation and on time submissions of high - quality registrations dossiers to the authorities in Central America and Andean countries. - Develop and implement the regulatory strategies and plan for biological products, including the submission and registration of new products and technologies and maintenance of existing products to ensure the successful registration of the products according to the business needs. - Represent Corteva in Industry Associations and actively participate and cooperate in the countries associations. - Participate to relevant cross functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and provide timely and accurate regulatory advice to commercial and other functions. - Provide targeted communication with commercial, food chain and supply chain departments. - Communicate regular updates of all changes concerning registrations timelines and challenges to cross functional teams. - To have a strong knowledge of legislations and activities which could impact existing or future approvals of crop protection products. - Keep solid and excellent relationships with the local authorities based on technical knowledge. - Work on the continuous improvement of the Regulatory processes with focus on productivity, accuracy and cost-effectiveness. - Develop and improve cross-functional network at both Local and Global levels. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or graduation in agronomy, chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, biology or related areas. - Knowledge and experience in registration of biological products for agriculture, equally important is an enthusiasm for regulatory policy. - Strong teamwork and communication skills, efficient and well organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. - Empathetic listener with strong costumer focus skills. - Capability to formalize and manage transversal projects. - Self motivation to identify and fulfill customer and stakeholder needs. - Agility, proactivity and dynamism are essential in a growing international company. - Effective negotiator with regulatory authorities and experience in associations participation. - Fluency in English (speaking and writing). - Positive attitude, with an open-minded approach to learning. - Excellent relationships.
