Job Title: Healthcare Sales Representative About Us: Insight Therapy Solutions is a rapidly growing mental healthcare organization dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and communities through innovative mental healthcare solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and developing strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Reach out to clients and leads by phone, email, and fax to schedule online therapy sessions with available therapists who match their needs. - Contact and persuade the leads and clients on the waitlist to schedule sessions. - Answer inbound calls, reply to emails, and make outbound calls for missed calls. - Understand clients through quality conversations. - Develop rapport with clients by demonstrating a friendly, caring, and helpful manner to put them at ease. - Accurately record all information in real-time. - Handle other tasks assigned by management. - Collect necessary demographic and insurance information, and handle referrals and clinical history to match clients with suitable providers/therapists. - Present our services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, private and government companies for referrals and employee needs. - Communicate regularly with key referral sources to ensure proper placement. - Present services to potential customers, effectively demonstrating their value and closing leads. Requirements: - Proficient in English (C1 Advanced level). - Strong sales, persuasion, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Adaptability to industry changes in policies and procedures. - Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. - Ability to quickly learn and navigate different software (TheraNest, Google Workspace, Ring Central, Zoho, etc.). - Strong analytical and data-gathering skills. - Ability to work well with clients in mental or emotional distress. - Comfort dealing with ambiguity and working independently. - Ability to work well within a team. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address complex situations. - Demonstrable experience in a sales role, consistently exceeding sales targets. - Lead generation and prospecting skills. - Strong work ethic, willingness to work hard and strive for success. Qualifications/Requirements: At least two years of prior Sales experience, preferably in US Healthcare or mental health services. Experience working remotely or in a BPO company is preferable. System Requirements: Desktop/Laptop: Intel Core i5 or higher processor with 8GB of RAM. Internet connection with at least 10Mbps speed.
