The Impact of a Talent Strategy Analyst at Coupa: As a critical member of the Talent Strategy team, the Talent Strategy Analyst works globally supporting strategic initiatives that support the short and long-term needs of our organization. Using sound methods and expertise, the Analyst coordinates and manages implementation of initiatives that fuel scalable growth, foster employee engagement, drive productivity, and streamline processes and decision-making. Partnering with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COE), and business leaders, this position supports implementation of processes and tools that engage and empower the modern workforce and puts the employee at the center of the work environment. What You'll Do: 1. Use proven OE methodologies in organizational design, change management, team effectiveness, and workforce planning; adapting them to meet the unique needs of each project and initiative. 2. Develop executive-level presentations, training documents, and supporting sites and materials related to performance, talent, and succession, providing guidance for HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and people leaders with implementing initiatives. 3. Research new trends and approaches in OE, talent management, talent development, and engagement to develop effective solutions for current and future organizational challenges. 4. Support implementation of enterprise-wide or multi-business unit organizational design initiatives from executive vision through implementation to ensure alignment and enablement of business strategy to improve outcomes. 5. Support execution of strategic workforce planning initiatives from vision through implementation to ensure alignment and enablement of business strategy to fuel scalable growth, with significant ownership of work elements. 6. Collaborate across HR to manage execution of global and regional initiatives supporting strategic HR goals such as engagement, employee experience, productivity, and retention. 7. Partner with Workforce Analytics and HR Business Partners to translate data into actionable reports and plans for enterprise and business unit levels. 8. Document processes to identify and align stakeholders on responsibilities and decisions. 9. Analyze and provide insights on the impact of strategic decisions, collaborating with HR and organizational leaders. 10. Create communication materials for stakeholders, including executive approvals, HR education, and employee engagement. 11. Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners. 12. Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify system, process, and capability changes, gaining alignment for recommended actions. 13. Support facilitation of workshops, sessions, and training to achieve organizational goals. 14. Provide objective feedback, challenge assumptions professionally, and measure program effectiveness for continuous improvement. 15. Contribute to the effectiveness of the global HR team through operational management and strategic initiatives. What You Will Bring to Coupa: - 3+ years of relevant experience working with cross-functional teams to drive change. - Proven experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, talent development, or workforce planning. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills supporting strategic objectives. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to develop clear messages and materials for diverse audiences. - Proficiency with MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong attention to detail, organizational, project management, and decision-making skills with a bias toward action. - Strategic mindset with data-driven approach to develop practical solutions. - Customer-focused, collaborative working style across organizational levels. - Ability to translate complex topics into accessible communications.
