You will love it here if you are: Dedicated to Excellence A team player Resilient Ethical You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Lead and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across Talent Traction and its sub-brands Drive inbound demand by building campaigns that generate 5+ qualified discovery calls and 5+ new hiring platform users each week Manage and refine our brand voice, messaging, and presence across channels (social, email, web) Own our websites—ensuring they're optimized for conversions and aligned with growth goals Lead, mentor, and manage one marketing assistant and a team of external contractors Own all marketing infrastructure including GHL, CRM, email automation, and performance dashboards Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and leadership to execute high-impact marketing initiatives You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Build, follow, and optimize SOPs for campaign planning, content creation, lead generation, and reportin Execute a marketing roadmap with minimal oversight and clear deliverables for each quarter Maintain and improve automation flows for nurturing leads and onboarding new clients and users Track KPIs through dashboards and report on progress weekly to the executive team Manage website updates and CRO testing in collaboration with technical and design teams Collect and analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable product and marketing improvements We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: 5+ qualified discovery calls per week via inbound marketing Consistent month-over-month growth in web traffic and conversion rates All campaigns and marketing projects executed on time, on brand, and within budget <7-day Time-to-Value for new app users from signup to first roadmap completed CEO involvement reduced to <10% in platform marketing and growth operations If you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you’ll be recognized and rewarded.
