IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION PLEASE COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE BELOW **Responsibilities**: - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in our short-term rental operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the organization - Provide bilingual support to our Spanish-speaking staff and guests when necessary - Manage our short-term rental booking platforms to ensure listings are up to date and accurate - Work closely with the Revenue and Pricing teams to optimize rates and maximize profitability - Assist with day-to-day operations, including guest communications, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, and vendor management **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Data Analytics, etc) - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related role - Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and advanced formulas - Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is a must - Ability to analyze, interpret and summarize complex data sets - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, and opportunities for growth and career advancement.
