Job Description TheSenior Project Manager within the IT PMO Office is responsible forthe overall coordination and implementation of a wide range ofprojects supporting our digital transformation initiatives. Thisrole involves representing and coordinating all activities betweenthe IT PMO, other corporate departments such as HR, Legal, andFinance, and senior executive stakeholders from various businessunits. This position reports to the Director of the PMO officeunder the Digital Transformation area of the IT department. JobResponsibilities Project Management: - Lead and manage multiplecomplex projects from initiation through completion, includingadoption and change management. - Establish project goals,objectives, tasks, timelines, project plans, and budgets; manage,track, and communicate them to stakeholders. - Manage contractorsand vendors as required. - Develop and revise project deliverablesand maintain documentation. - Define problems, plan, and executesolutions. - Recommend and implement process improvements. - Defineproject scope and impact; communicate effectively with the Directorof the IT PMO. Governance: - Ensure adherence to project managementgovernance, including rules, regulations, policies, and processes.- Implement and manage change control processes. - Support andimprove governance and management activities. Risk Management: -Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and opportunities. -Support risk management coordination. Reporting: - Develop andmaintain project status reports for stakeholders. - Supportmonitoring and communication efforts. Knowledge Center: - Maintainknowledge repositories, databases, and lessons learned. StakeholderCommunication: - Lead effective communication among projectstakeholders. - Coordinate plans, budgets, and resources.Standardized Processes and Methodologies: - Support documentationof requirements. - Promote standardized project managementprocesses. - Identify tools, processes, and procedures. - Performadditional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Proficiency inEnglish is required. - Degree in management of information systemsor computer science preferred. - Extensive technical projectmanagement experience. - Experience eliciting, articulating, anddocumenting requirements. - Experience with project managementtools, especially Azure DevOps, is beneficial. - Experience withagile project management approaches. - 6+ years managing multipleprojects. - Certifications like PMP or agile project management arepreferred. - High drive, initiative, and proactivity. - Experiencein the services industry and vendor management is essential. -Attention to detail, quality focus, and broad technicalunderstanding. - Ability to create structure in a dynamicenvironment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Information We offer flexible work arrangements,generous leave policies, and comprehensive medical insurance tosupport our team.
