Key job responsibilities - Prepare and drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business updates and written plans such as 3 year plans, Operation planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, monthly business reviews in partnership with management - Ensure document review leanings and leadership meeting follow up actions are captured and executed - Drive annual goals and metrics definition process for the global Developer Relations team; partner with Field Operations and Enablement to setup easy to consume reporting dashboards - Write and deliver regular cadence executive-level reports against stated objectives - Own global budget forecast, management processes and reporting; ensure spend is maximizing impact - Work with recruitment and HR to drive speed of hiring by identifying and solving blockers and/or capturing best practices - Streamline working processes with global legal and compliance team, track projects in flight at a global level - Partner with leadership to identify best in class operational framework for Developer Relations’s role and positioning in the wider AWS organization - Bachelor Degree in Business management - Project/Program Management Certification - Experience working with data visualization and reporting software (e.g. QuickSight tableau) - Experience working with Salesforce, Budgetforce Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
