Job Description The University of Missouri-Columbia, Department of Medicine is seeking a clinical non-tenure track faculty member for the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. The ideal candidate will have exemplary clinical skills, demonstrated evidence of sustained scholarship, and a strong interest in teaching. Expectations for the position: Clinics: 8 sessions per week Inpatient consults: 1 weekend every 6 weeks Preferred procedures: Ultrasound and Fine Needle Aspiration Facilities: Fully renovated clinic with two ultrasound machines Support Staff: LPN, CAN, two diabetes educators, including a certified dietitian with pump certification Hospital affiliation: 300-bed tertiary referral center, Level I trauma center, Ellis Fischel Cancer Center MU Health Care offers over 50 clinics and a comprehensive system of six hospitals.
