As part of the Total Rewards team in Americas, the National Total Rewards Expert (Lead) is responsible for supporting the reward processes within the geography. The National Total Rewards Expert Group will support the National/Global Total Rewards Partners and national HR colleagues to effectively provide Total Rewards products and manage Total Rewards data and systems. ** Your Role**: Builds and fosters excellent relationships with colleagues, promotes customer experiences that inspire loyalty. You make a difference. ** Your Responsibilities**: - Design and manage reward processes specific to the geography; - Align local processes with global standards and implement plans; - Provide daily support for Total Rewards analysis, job evaluations, and Short Term Incentive calculations; - Administer the bonus calculation process for all employees; - Experience in supporting local stakeholders; - Ability to train HR teams on Total Rewards processes; - Analyze local market data to adjust Total Rewards practices. **Your Skills and Experiences**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; - Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related areas within a complex global organization; - At least 3 years of work experience in a Compensation & Benefits role required; - Solid financial background, including knowledge of legal, tax, and employment legislation; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify large amounts of data; - Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel; - Capable of working independently and as part of a team; - Hands-on mentality with a high level of flexibility; - Excellent prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines; - English: Fluent (required) **About Kuehne+Nagel*** With over 80.000 employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is one of the world’s leading logistics companies.
