Overview How You’ll Make an Impact We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services Team from LATAM, located in Colombia, reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM. As an Account Manager at Epsilon, you will be responsible for supporting clients in adopting and best practices in product use, interfacing with teams including Product, Sales, and Technology. You will have the opportunity to develop practices from scratch, analyze industry data, and provide stakeholders with solutions to meet their business goals. What You’ll Achieve Create and manage digital campaign reports Create campaign witnesses Track campaign activity and achievement of goals Act as the primary contact for technical issues and inquiries, providing guidance and troubleshooting Develop and automate internal processes and manuals for our products Identify and report issues, bugs, and errors to internal teams Serve as a liaison between client services and technology to improve support and propose new functionalities Provide first-level support to internal and external customers Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and increase client lifetime value Who You Are Experience managing and analyzing digital campaign reports Experience working with clients across different industries, understanding their digital needs Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, highly organized Experience with social or programmatic platforms Willingness to learn and adopt new tools Intermediate English (B2) Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on exceeding targets Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments Click here to learn how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.
