BPODlatam is looking for a person to support the team as Renewal Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia. Mission: The Renewal Account Manager will be key to maintaining recurring revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, and service contracts, negotiating favorable terms and conditions; Maintain consistent communication with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and anticipate potential issues; Identify risks of churn (customer loss) and propose proactive solutions to enhance the customer experience; Understand customers’ business and solutions requirements; Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities during renewal negotiations; Work closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure a smooth renewal process; Use CRM tools to monitor renewal progress, update records, and generate key reports on retention and performance. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales. Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, and end users within the technology industry.
