As an EngineeringManager, you will: Lead data acquisition projects from concept todelivery, ensuring timely completion and efficient resourceallocation. Ensure team coordination andthe development process are executed correctly. 5. Partner with theProduct Team to align vision and strategy. 6. Ensure reliabilityand maintenance of the products. 7. Identify and mitigate technicalrisks, ensuring the product is delivered on time and within budget.8. Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of collaboration andcontinuous improvement within your engineering team responsible fordelivering high-quality data products. Here’s what we are lookingfor: 1. 7+ years of experience in Software Development and Deliveryrelated roles. 2. 3+ years of experience in team management. 3. Strong technical and development background with Java. 4. Familiarity with AWS Infrastructure. 5. Strong Project Managementskills with a hands-on approach, proactively encouraging andmotivating team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations. 6. Strong business-oriented mindset, able to provide visibility intobusiness metrics and company goals. 7. Excellent communication andorganizational skills. 8. Advanced English Level.
