The Role We're hiring a Brand and Content Marketing Lead to bring the Genesis brand to life through storytelling, design, and multimedia content. This is your chance to apply your creative talent to a mission with real-world impact—shaping a brand that's redefining orthopedic care in underserved communities. You'll take creative direction and strategic oversight from our brand agency Ox Creates, then execute across a wide range of channels—from social media and video to email, events, and internal communications. This is a full-time, offshore role requiring daily overlap with U.S. Central Time Zone hours. You'll work closely with Genesis leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand manifesto, resonates with our audiences, and reflects the noble profession of orthopedic surgery in a modern and accessible way. Responsibilities - Translate strategy into storytelling: Bring Ox Creates' creative direction to life through high-quality content. - Design digital assets: Create engaging visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more. - Produce multimedia: Shoot and edit compelling videos—patient stories, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. - Own brand consistency: Maintain a polished, professional look across all channels—internal and external. - Leverage AI tools: Use AI for content ideation, copywriting support, and production acceleration. - Track performance: Monitor KPIs like impressions, content volume, and engagement to improve output. - Support internal storytelling: Create content for recruitment campaigns and staff engagement initiatives. - Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital design. - Advanced proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma). - Comfort with emerging tools for AI-generated content and automation. - Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and tone. - Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and project-based creative workflows.
