This role will be responsible for partnering with the HR team along with the IT function to drive the utilization, maintenance, security, and configuration of the organization’s HRIS. In addition, this role will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business reporting and HR data analytics requirements. Primary responsibilities will include:Partnering with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend and implement appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in HRIS and supporting applicationsPartnering with HR team members to identify currently manual processes that can be automatedCoordinating with HR stakeholders to ensure the HRIS meets their business requirementsConducting audits on a scheduled basis to ensure that complete and accurate information is maintained in HRIS and Power BIMaintaining and updating documentation for all processes within HRIS and training users on HRISPlanning and executing regular HRIS system testing with HR users and ITOverseeing MSS/ESS transactions and escalating any issues or errors within the systemGenerating standard and custom reports from HRIS and Power BI, including Headcount and Workforce metrics, and creating ad hoc queriesBuilding new reporting capabilities in Power BIAnalyzing data to identify trends within the company and consolidating findings to make it easily presentableServing as a liaison between HR and IT personnel when resolving functionality problemsAdapting to evolving HR systems environmentThe Candidate:Required skills/qualifications:Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant technical disciplineAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informationAbility to pay strong attention to detail, along with time management and organizational skillsExperience managing projects and/or technology implementationsDemonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in varioustime zonesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with limited supervision and make routine decisions, and understanding of when to escalate issues to appropriate decision-makerWillingness to learn quicklyAbility to be agile and navigate changeHigh level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Office 365Experience using Power BI or another BI toolAbility to multi-task in a highly dynamic environmentExperience configuring and maintaining HRIS/ HCM Systems, preferably UKGThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
