GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations. **NOTE: this position is work from the office in Medellin. Not from home** **Position Requirements**: - Possess strong communication skills - verbal and written ENGLISH. - Microsoft office experience. - Basic computer proficiency. - Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis - MUST multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. - Customer service skills. - Thoroughness and Attention to detail is very important. - Self-motivated problem-solver that has a strong desire to meet our company needs. - Accurate data entry. **General Job Duties**: - Inbound/outbound calls. - Manual daily billing for specific customers. - Data entry. - Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received. - Assisting account department with their day-to-day duties. **Schedule**: Monday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST Tuesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST Wednesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST Friday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST **Salary**: 2'850.000 COP Full-time (No remote work)
