Project Manager / Scrum Master Drive Structure & Agility in a High-Paced Tech Environment Location: Office TBC (Pueblo Nuevo-Sotogrande area) Reports to: Head of Marketing Type: Full-time We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our fast-growing tech and marketing company. In this dual role, you’ll keep complex projects on track, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure tight coordination between development, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll be the glue that holds multi-disciplinary projects together, driving timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring successful, on-time delivery in a high-demand environment where priorities shift fast and precision matters. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch evaluation. Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks. Ensure project documentation, timelines, and reports are up to date and clearly communicated. Coordinate across departments (development, marketing, ops, design) to keep teams aligned and focused on shared goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and detail. Scrum / Agile Facilitation Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Support Product Owners in grooming and prioritising backlogs. Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback, reflection, and process evolution. Champion Agile best practices, ensuring teams are following consistent and efficient workflows. Act as a servant-leader to empower developers, designers, and other team members to do their best work. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in project management and/or scrum master roles in tech, SaaS, or marketing-driven companies. Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com). Strong organisational and communication skills — you're a master of clarity, deadlines, and follow-ups. Experience working in high-pressure environments with multiple concurrent projects. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in real-time. Scrum Master certification is a plus (CSM, PSM I or similar). Experience with remote or distributed teams is a plus. Why Join Us?
