About the role At Procys, we believe a high-performing sales team is key to driving growth. We seek a driven and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with potential customers and foster growth in Spain, LATAM, and the US. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process, vital in building our pipeline. The ideal candidate understands sales, enjoys researching and qualifying leads, and excels at building initial relationships to set up our sales closers for success. You should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, confident in presenting our solutions clearly and compellingly. Each new contact is an opportunity to drive revenue, enhance customer acquisition, and contribute to Procys’ success. Key Responsibilities Represent our products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and conducting research to meet customer needs. Generate leads, nurture prospects, and identify new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, coordinating with sales executives for next steps. Refine lead generation and profiling strategies through best practices. Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, and email outreach to generate sales opportunities. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and sales teams. Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager. Competencies 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in Tech, AI, or SaaS industries. Strong communication skills via phone and email. Team collaboration and alignment. Aspirations to advance within a sales organization. Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software. Track record of achieving sales quotas as a sales development rep. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Experience with Predictable Revenue methodology. Familiarity with sales tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or Zoominfo.
