Marketing and Recruiting Strategist Role: We are seeking a creative and analytical professional to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads while supporting recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will utilize a range of skills, including marketing, sales development, and recruitment expertise, to build strong sales pipelines and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: - Lead Generation & Qualification: - Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events). - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and target accounts. - Qualify leads based on criteria such as decision-making authority, budget, and interest level. - Client Engagement: - Engage with prospective clients by providing product/service information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. - Prepare and present compelling client proposals, including pricing and value propositions. - Conduct market research and support pricing research to ensure competitive and profitable offerings. - Sales Pipeline Management: - Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. - Follow up on sales leads and client inquiries diligently to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline. - Monitor and report on key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, win rates, revenue targets). Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: - Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: - Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source, engage, and pre-screen qualified candidates for key roles. - Leverage internal systems and technology (e.g., applicant tracking systems, job boards) to maintain an active pipeline of talent. - Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry events, referrals). - Recruitment Coordination: - Assist in preparing candidate profiles, managing recruitment data, and ensuring alignment between candidate sourcing and team needs. - Schedule and coordinate interviews, and participate in the screening process as needed. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Team Collaboration: - Act as a liaison between Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing teams to streamline processes and ensure that we achieve our mutual goals on a timely basis. - Share best practices and insights across teams to improve overall performance. - Reporting & Analysis: - Maintain and update both sales and candidate tracking systems, providing regular performance and progress reports to management. - Analyze data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. Technology Integration: - Technology Adoption: - Champion the integration of AI and other innovative technologies into our workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies related to sales automation and candidate sourcing. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay abreast of emerging trends and tools in sales automation and candidate sourcing to continuously improve processes. Requirements: - Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English. - Relevant Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with software tools, CRM, ATS, and AI integrations. - Organization & Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. - Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams. - Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new technology and integrate AI into workflows. - Technical Setup: Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).
