Job Summary We seek a Cultural Transformation and Engagement Coordinator to support our company's cultural transformation strategy and engagement initiatives across six Latin American countries. This role involves executing event agendas, managing engagement data, and coordinating key cultural initiatives to create memorable experiences for our employees. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate logistics for cultural transformation, wellbeing, and recognition events across the six countries. 2. Maintain and update Power BI dashboards with engagement data, participation, and cultural KPIs. 3. Analyze survey data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities. 4. Provide administrative support to cultural ambassadors, including activity tracking and reports. 5. Support internal communication and engagement campaigns, creating visual content. 6. Manage relationships with event vendors, ensuring quality standards. 7. Document and systematize processes for cultural activities and events. 8. Stay updated on trends in engagement, organizational culture, and digital tools. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: 1-2 years in Communication, Human Resources, Corporate Events, or Project Management. - Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. - Technical Skills: Event management, Data analysis, Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable), Budget and vendor management, Content creation for internal communication. - Competencies: Excellent organization and planning, attention to detail, results-oriented, clear oral and written communication, teamwork, multicultural collaboration, creativity, proactivity, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and positive influence.
