This role ensures product and service quality, achieving the best cost and coverage conditions for current or prospective clients, in line with the company’s established objectives_ - _ Lead the placement team for policies within the Property & Energy product line_ - _ Support customer service and commercial managers or VPs in diagnosing opportunities and presenting proposals to clients_ - _ Generate management reports for the area and for personal responsibilities_ - _ Act as a technical knowledge facilitator for both the company and its clients_ - _ Provide technical opinions on the product line to various company areas when required_ - _ Lead the area’s internal processes, including committees, technological, and administrative procedures_ - _ Meet and comply with minimum performance indicators in revenue, roll over, Aon United, engagement, innovation, and business win hit ratio._ **How this opportunity is different** - Aon offers you flexible work with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as well as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly work environment, as well as the opportunity to grow vertically and horizontally growth._ **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - _ Over 8 years of experience as a leader in insurance/reinsurance management or brokerage, specifically in Property & Marine lines (All Risk Construction and Erection, All Risk Property Damage, Equipment and Machinery, Electronic Equipment, Oil & Gas, Power, Home, Fire, Transport, Hull, Aviation, and Port Liability). _ - _Technical Knowledge: Advanced and essential in All Risk Construction and Erection and/or Power and/or Oil & Gas and/or All Risk Property Damage_ - _ Professional Civil Engineer and/or Engineer in other specialties and/or related fields.
