The ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the organization is essential to your success in this role along with extensive expertise on ServiceNow Platform. **Responsibilities** - As a ServiceNow ESM HRSM Implementer, you can expect to... - Act as an implementer for the project delivery activities on ServiceNow - Communicate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them to project actions and developments on the platform. - Leverage out of the box capabilities and best practices, identify escalate customizations to higher project authority as needed. - Coordinate across the delivery teams including developers, extended project resources and business stakeholders. - Own implementation timelines and commitment to deliver as per the agreed upon context and timelines. - Configure the ServiceNow platform in accordance with best practices defined by the ServiceNow, ITIL & The Open Group. - Identify master data needs and participate in maintaining the integrity of the ServiceNow platform master data. - Utilize your strong technical competencies and expertise to identify, analyse and troubleshoot any production issues and maintain procedures that meet business user expectations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams & development teams to understand and provide automated solutions/fixes - Active participation and involvement in SCRUM events - Complete assigned items within the determined Sprint target - Conduct internal team training to share knowledge with team members - People - Create a culture of integrity and compliance - Inspire and sustain technical excellence, high performance and urgency regarding improving current practices - Self-Motivated and a go-to person - Eye for detail - Strive to drive results. - Business - Perform change management, incident management activities - Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to communicate issue/outage updates - Work closely with analysts, Managers and SMEs **Qualifications and Requirements** - Essential qualifications_ - Bachelor¹s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field - Excellent communication, verbal and written skills - First Experience in IT scripting or programming - Ready to learn about, Service Portal, Workflows, Orchestration, Dashboards and Performance Analytics, REST APIs - Ready to adapt quickly and to learn new tools, new technologies, and current industry standards - Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision - Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. - Self-driven, Self-starter, problem solver, Proactive, - Preferably, a First Experience in the implementation of an IT Solution - Preferably, Experience in interacting with resources in different geographical locations. - Other skills and abilities_ - knowledge of functional processes in IT, HR, Supply Chain or Finance’ - Requirement’s analysis - engagement with customers to break down what they need and build solution(s) - Systems thinking (ability to grasp the big picture and break it down into relevant elements) - Scripting and/or programming skills - Basic knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script - Basic knowledge of Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python, Perl) - Preferably Scrum knowledge and expertise - Preferably, ITIL V3.0 or 4.0 Foundation knowledge or certified **SLB as an employer** As a leading employer in our industry, SLB is proud to offer a highly competitive package of base and incentive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits program designed to support the health, wellness and financial security of our employees and their families.
