About the role - As a Global Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle to achieve company goals. What you will do - Achieve assigned sales quotas within your portfolio and meet profitability expectations. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with ongoing performance follow-up for accounts. - Coordinate with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product. - Ensure optimal account performance in sales, profitability, quality, and service, developing strategic account plans aligned with company standards. - Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company benchmarks. - Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and provide feedback to product and sales management. - Lead project management for significant account changes, including new product implementations, business process adjustments, service level modifications, and trade term updates. - Identify and cultivate new opportunities for large-scale payment processing implementations. - Collaborate with teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of key deliverables. What you need to succeed - Over 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles. - Experience in the payments industry is essential. - Strong skills in forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews to drive sustainable growth. - Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
