Qualifications - Licensed attorney in Colombia, with specialization in employee and tax law. - Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws, tax regulations, and the legal landscape affecting staffing and human resources. - At least [X] years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment. - Experience advising on employee benefits, payroll systems, and tax compliance issues. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Preferred Skills - Experience working in or advising staffing companies or recruitment firms independent contractors. - Experience with platform that will pay all independent contracts. - Fluency in English is a must.
