Your Role And Responsibilities Develop transformation projects to improve customer access channels using data and artificial intelligence. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Extensive knowledge of customer service channel transformation processes. Knowledge of new ways of working. Experience applying agile methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and handle frustration. Negotiation skills, opening new opportunities, and qualifying them to achieve great deals and negotiations.
