Working in close collaboration with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the BP team bridges finance and operations—turning data into actionable insights that drive performance and growth. By partnering with and operational teams (among others), the BP team ensures financial discipline while optimizing resource allocation, investment decisions, and mid/long-term strategy.
