Culture, growth, and wellbeing are fundamental to Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview The Junior Final Artwork Designer is a technical designer who collaborates with Art Directors, Project Management, and Account Management to complete and deliver print and digital assignments from the creative handoff through to final file release. Ability to revise existing creative files and assist with composing creative concepts. Manage projects and proofs using project management tools. Create final templates for clients and internal presentations. Analyze creative files to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential production issues. Work with the team to prepare files for vendor release. Review final designs, layouts, and versions to ensure quality and accuracy before shipping to publications or vendors. Follow team protocols and best practices for organizing, archiving, updating files, and managing creative assets. Prepare final press-ready files according to specifications. Package, preflight, and perform press checks on files for printers or media partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in final artwork. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Sketch, XD, Figma, and digital (email/web) executional processes is a plus. Portfolio demonstrating high-quality professional work and project samples. Understanding of project management tools for production. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Experience designing for digital spaces such as social media apps, Facebook ads, and iMedia units. Understanding of processes and quality control checkpoints across departments. Knowledge of digital file preparation for vendor handoff, including image optimization, color settings, and layer comps. Strong graphic design fundamentals, attention to detail, and knowledge of color and fonts. Ability to sketch, draw, or hand illustrate; knowledge of iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
