We're hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Remote) Join us at Curv Group , where we build product-driven brands like Floatiekings and CreateCustommolds —and where every project is custom, creative, and just a little bit crazy. We’re looking for someone sharp, fast, and deeply organized to become the go-to person for keeping our custom product projects moving. You’ll be the glue between Sales, Design, and Engineering—making sure quotes go out quickly, designs stay on track, and customers stay happy. You’ll be managing timelines, coordinating with designers, updating customers, troubleshooting with engineers, and making sure that every order, every custom product, and every email makes Curv look like the dream partner we are. We’re a remote team, fast-paced and growing quickly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate quotes and design requests from Sales, ensuring quick turnaround and accurate handoff to the Design team Manage projects from post-sale to delivery, prioritizing based on urgency and deal size Track timelines, flag delays, and communicate proactively with all stakeholders Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale—handling updates, questions, and escalations Keep project tracking tools up to date and suggest process improvements where needed What We’re Looking For Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects, ideally using Kanban, Scrum, or similar methods Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using tools like Trello, Asana, Google Sheets, and CRMs Clear, professional written communication and confidence handling customer conversations via email and occasional Zoom/phone Bonus: Background in manufacturing workflows, quoting systems, or continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) What We Offer 100% remote role USD-based salary plus performance incentives Clear growth path and career-building opportunities within a fast-scaling company Paid Time Off policy Sound like a fit?
