In this strategic role, you’ll own and execute the marketing vision of the company across all digital channels. From building campaigns that generate high-quality leads, to shaping the brand narrative, to optimizing every touchpoint for performance — you’ll be at the center of it all. You’ll work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and have the autonomy to test, iterate, and implement best practices across content, SEO, email marketing, and social media. While hands-on, this is a strategy-first role — ideal for someone who brings a deep understanding of digital marketing and wants to lead initiatives, not just follow tasks. Responsibilities: Design and drive strategic marketing campaigns to support business goals, grow brand visibility, and attract qualified leads. Analyze and report marketing performance, optimizing based on KPIs and insights (traffic, engagement, conversions). Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels: SEO, social, content, email, and website. Plan and manage digital content calendars, ensuring consistency and relevance across platforms. Apply digital marketing best practices in SEO, social media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Oversee and contribute to website updates and front-end enhancements (HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.) for better UX and SEO. Develop, edit, and optimize marketing content tailored for different audiences in the mental health space. Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers, potentially leading junior marketers or creatives. Proactively identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to improve visibility, engagement, and impact. What You Bring: 2–3 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital media, or brand growth. Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and content marketing. Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Figma, and email marketing platforms. Hands-on experience with website platforms (WordPress), and basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/React). Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a bias for action. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in or passion for mental health, wellness, or purpose-driven industries is a plus.
