As a key team member, you will help us to continue becoming an outstanding channel-enabling organization. As a Partner Program Manager, you will be pivotal in crafting, maintaining, and optimizing programs to drive growth across Unity's Channel programs. You will work closely with channel leadership, primarily the Manager of Rev Scale and the Manager of Channel Operations, to ensure that the accurate partner programs are crafted, from incentives to partner growth & development. **What you'll be doing** - Analyze existing channel processes, and work with leadership to optimize and scale them, ensuring they are partner-centric and stay in sync with the Channel Program requirements - Map out program collaborators, define engagement models and program plan by coordinating internal Unity team members and stakeholders - Closely collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the program.
