Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Conduct kickoff meeting to define recruitment needs and psychotechnical characteristics required for the position with the hiring manager and the HRBP. - Carry out the process of mapping and evaluating candidates, seeking to define a shortlist of candidates to evaluate. - Accompany the evaluation and logistics process of each phase of the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with the established procedures. - Coordinate the execution of psychotechnical tests and ensure that they respond correctly to the needs of each position. - Coordinate and ensure the completion of the pre-admission studies defined, adjusting them to the legal guidelines of each country. - Prepare and review, together with the HR Manager, the salary offers for the selected candidates and support the necessary logistics for the development of this step. - Collect and present to the HROps/HRA the documents of the selection process by Workday, indicating the date and the conditions determined for the contract. - Structure, together with HR management, new talent attraction strategies, the construction of a talent pool, among other strategies that streamline the Recruitment and Selection process and allow an effective response to the strategic needs of the organization. - Ensure the registration of new vacancies or processes required in Workday, according to the policies established by the area. Education & Experience - Education: Bachelor in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection, if the candidate comes from headhunting experience it is highly desirable.
