Hi there, this is Laura from CI&T;! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Senior QA in Brazil to join our dynamic team for an exciting project with an American company. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for both web and back-end components. 2. Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and participate in day-to-day QA activities. 3. Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects. 4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software. 6. Apply concepts such as the Test Pyramid. 7. Create, review, and manage Pull Requests to ensure code quality. 8. Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing ideas and suggestions from a QA perspective. Requirements for this challenge: 1. Experience with Test Management Tools like Zephyr, X-Ray, TestRail, etc. 2. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Bruno). 3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for a technical and non-technical audience. 4. Experience in planning, controlling, specifying, and executing web-based tests. 5. Experience in defining, collecting, measuring, and presenting Quality Metrics for continuous improvement. 6. Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA). 7. Experience in documentation to clearly report defects and improvements. 8. Knowledge of testing pyramid and types of testing. 9. Advanced English level for conversation. Nice to have: 1. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and tools like Storybook. 2. Experience with API automation tools like JMeter or Rest Assured. 3. Familiarity with React and Java or Kotlin. 4.
