Aboutthe Role We need a U.S.-licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) basedin LATAM with the full authority to sign and file U.S. tax returns. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing and submitting1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 forms and be comfortable managing IRScommunications and tax strategy. Key Responsibilities Prepare,review, and sign federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S,1065). Ensure full compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations. Handle IRS audits, tax notices, and client inquiries. Develop andimplement tax strategies to optimize liabilities. Conduct researchon complex tax matters and provide guidance to leadership. Stayupdated on U.S. tax law changes and advise on potential businessimpacts. Collaborate with internal teams to support tax planningand reporting. Qualifications Must be a U.S.-licensed CPA orEnrolled Agent (EA) with full signing authority. Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in a CPA firm handling U.S. tax filings. Strongexpertise in corporate (1120, 1120S, 1065) and personal (1040) taxfilings. Solid understanding of IRS regulations and tax compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strongcommunication skills in English (spoken and written). Proficiencyin U.S. tax software (UltraTax, Drake, ProSeries, or similar).
