Responsibilities - Collaborate with other IT professionals, such as network administrators and software developers, to ensure systems are integrated and functioning properly. - Research and stay informed about new technologies and trends in the IT industry, and determine how they can be applied to the organization's systems. - Test systems to ensure they are functioning correctly, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, and maintain systems to keep them running smoothly. - Participate in the evaluation and requirements of the client contract, ensuring an understanding of business needs. - Propose initiatives and ensure hardware and software implementation that meets the client's operational needs. - Contribute to the project vision and breakdown, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Identify and mitigate operational risks that may affect project timelines or deliverables. - Drive improvements and innovations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. Minimum Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service desk lead, IT support, IT project coordinator, or Dev Ops leader. - An advanced level of English B2+/C1 is REQUIRED for this position. - Bachelor’s degree in systems Engineering or a related field. - Extensive knowledge and experience in technology solutions, system implementation, and end-user support.
