About the Role As a Senior FP&A; Analyst , you’ll operate as a key strategic partner to the FP&A; function, driving high-impact financial planning and analysis initiatives. In this senior role, you will take the lead on complex financial modeling, strategic forecasting, and executive reporting—helping shape business decisions and enhancing resource allocation across the organization. You'll provide critical insights into operational performance and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Responsibilities - Lead and manage comprehensive financial planning and analysis, including complex revenue modeling, P&L; management, and in-depth cost optimization. - Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial outlook processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Prepare and present executive-level management reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. - Analyze payroll, operational budgets, and resource allocations to identify improvement opportunities, cost savings, and growth areas. - Proactively identify financial risks, opportunities, and key business drivers, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. - Collaborate closely with business units, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic planning and drive performance. - Champion the use of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and data visualization. - Mentor and support junior analysts while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Other duties as assigned. About You Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or related FP&A; roles. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related field. - Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of planning, reporting, and payroll processes. - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). - Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - ERP experience, particularly with NetSuite (strongly preferred). - Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above). - Proven track record of delivering insights and driving process improvements in complex environments. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and influence business decisions. - Located in Bogotá, with flexibility to attend the office as needed. - Self-starter with high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and mentorship.
