What You'll Do: Respond to and manage daily quote requests to support our global air export pipeline. Source competitive rates from airlines and logistics partners using direct contacts, rating tools, and CargoWise. Apply strategic thinking to ensure optimal customer value and revise quotes as needed. Offer the best routing solutions, considering direct versus agent routing. Manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Air Freight (strongly preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of air cargo operations and routing. Experience with CargoWise (preferred). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
