3 - 5 years experience - Basic experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, SUSE, or Oracle Linux). - Understanding of Incident and Change Management processes (ITIL-based environments). - Familiar with patching, basic user management, and file system hierarchy. - Exposure to network basics (ping, traceroute, IP configuration). - Basic scripting (Shell or Python) - ability to read and run scripts. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Awareness of monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). - Non-privileged access; executes tasks through approved procedures.
