Project Coordinator - Compliance and Operations Specialist This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and high-quality service delivery within the Americas Customs Brokerage team. The Project Coordinator will oversee compliance project management, third-party compliance documentation, administrative support, analytics, process optimizations, and configuration of regional reports to meet operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role. A minimum of 1 year of project management or related experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with experience in MS-Project and MS-Visio being an added advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks collaboratively, interpreting data analytically, and providing operational support to drive growth and excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Compliance Project Management: Lead projects to ensure regulatory adherence and internal policy compliance. - Administrative Support: Provide documentation, meeting coordination, record-keeping, and report preparation to support the Americas Customs Brokerage team. - Analytics and Process Optimization: Analyze data for trends and improvements, implement initiatives to boost operational efficiency, and collaborate across teams for process enhancements. - Configuration and Customization of Regional Reports: Tailor reports to meet regional needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely insights to stakeholders.
