Operations Director Position We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities and providing strategic financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years managing teams of 5+ direct reports in a B2B context. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to present complex insights clearly, and have experience with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, Zapier. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Oversight: Manage recruiting operations, optimize processes, and lead automation projects. - Develop and document internal processes for scalable growth. - Build dashboards to monitor KPIs across recruiting, finance, and operations. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on growth strategies and capacity planning. - Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack. - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Manage bookkeeping and AR/AP, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections. - Lead pricing strategies, working with a fractional CFO when needed. - Analyze costs and ROI, recommending optimizations for margins. - Review financials, providing insights to leadership. - Create dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel for real-time financial visibility. Requirements: - 5-8 years in operations, with at least 3 years managing teams of 5+ direct reports in a B2B context. - At least 2 years of finance experience or exposure. - Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Familiar with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, Zapier. - A strategic thinker who is also hands-on. - Excellent communicator with the ability to present complex insights clearly. - Experience in recruiting/staffing, SaaS, or B2B services. - Willing to take a cognitive exam in math, verbal, and attention to detail. - Ability to speak quickly is essential.
