Job Opportunity A seasoned construction professional with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects is sought after to lead our team. Key Responsibilities: - Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate execution. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery. - Manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. - Monitor site progress, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence through regular inspections and testing. - Maintain accurate documentation and reports to facilitate project planning and cost control activities. - Support planning, cost control, and procurement activities by analyzing data and providing recommendations. - Proactively resolve technical and site issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in large-scale civil construction projects, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing techniques. - Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
