Key Responsibilities - Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. - Drive initiatives to improve code quality, workflows, and team best practices. - Write automated tests and work closely with QA for solid and reliable code delivery. - Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and data teams, to deliver scalable and performant applications. Technical Requirements - 7+ years of professional experience in Front-End development. - Strong expertise with Type Script and the React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus). - Proficiency with CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles. - Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring tools. - Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (Google Cloud Build, Codefresh). Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks. - Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Education and Experience - Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). - Proven track record of building and delivering high-quality web applications. - Experience mentoring junior developers and influencing technical decisions. - Fluent English is mandatory. General Qualifications - Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken. - Proactive, professional, respectful, and courteous communication. - An entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative and resourcefulness to quickly identify problems, overcome challenges, and provide timely solutions. - Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. - Ability to work remotely with headset/camera equipment, be responsive during working hours, have a quiet place to work, and maintain a reliable internet connection.
