Job Description: - Provide Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Node.js, addressing complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently. - Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and functionality, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Identify and analyze technical challenges reported by users and stakeholders, implementing effective solutions. - Collaborate with QAs to ensure issues are documented and tracked, and participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and support best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our support capabilities and technology stack. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with expertise in React, Node.js, and Typescript. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
