You’ll play a pivotal role in the execution and analysis of campaigns at the global and regional level. Working closely with field marketing and other members of the demand center, you will manage the production and roll-out of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are deployed according to plan and on time.Primary responsibilities include:Building and executing marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform (Eloqua); production tasks will include but are not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and campaign canvas logicProducing, testing, and launching email campaigns, subject to approvalWorking the campaign owners to ensure project plans get executed including deadlines and SLA compliance, specs, assets, budget, vendor coordination, status updates, approvals, and final deliveryEnsuring all emails are delivered in line with brand guidelinesTracking all emails in our project management software (asana) and making sure work is assigned and staying on track to meet deadlinesTracking progress of campaigns once live and reporting on campaign impactOptimizing and standardizing program implementation processes across the organization, contributing to the development of standard campaign build processes and best practices; collecting and sharing feedback on improvements to the campaign production processSupporting manager in promoting and delivering training on new campaign developmentsCollaborating with various stakeholders across the marketing organization, including copywriting, design, field marketing, client success marketing, demand generation, and marketing leadershipStayingup-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and technologiesThe Candidate:Required skills/qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of related marketing experience, preferably in a global team and/or marketing agency experienceExtensive knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, preferably EloquaDemonstrated experience in building campaigns, using marketing automation tools, and executing projects of varying complexityExperience with A/B testing and optimizationExperience with HTML and CSS for email and landing page templatesGood knowledge of digital marketing, UTM tracking, goal conversion tracking, and email and landing page best practices, preferably including Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerAbility to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results while maintaining flexibilityHands-on, collaborative, and a can-do attitudeFluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or abovePreferred skills/qualifications: Experience with CRM, preferably SalesforceKnowledge of JavaScript codingThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
