About This Role We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to elevate our sales enablement platforms through advanced technology and operational excellence. As a key member of the Global B2B Marketing Operations Platforms team, you will play a critical role in evolving, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of our customer and sales enablement content platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in process, project, and platform management, as well as a talent for content architecture and publishing within content management systems. You will be responsible for managing and publishing content in CrafterCMS, overseeing overall content governance and management, and developing quarterly bulletin emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support team communications. In addition, you will manage project intake processes in Monday.com, partner with the team on process improvements, measure and analyze sales materials performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards. Key responsibilities include scaling content platforms to align with new business and capabilities strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver successfully, and supporting the team on large-scale and cross-functional initiatives. We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of a project and manage it successfully from initiation through execution. A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in marketing, business, communication, or a related field, is required. Relevant experience in marketing technology, including hands-on experience with content management systems, is essential.
