Facilitates cross functional communications and enables access to data for decision making process at many levels. Works towards continuous process improvement, efficiency leverage and knowledge sharing. The role is expected to work from the office in Medellin to support office operations and, additionally, the role will perform project coordination tasks for a client, monitoring hands offs and vendor assignments. **Responsibilities**: - Provides admin support to production units and G&A; functions. - Coordinates and executes billing and payment schedules with production: PO, quotation, SO issuing. - Intermediates administration issues between vendors and production teams, following proper scalation procedures. - Pre-works of raw data for standard ad hoc financial reports. - Process data in financial systems - Applies critical thinking to identify errors and interpret high level data trends. - General office space administration and overview - responds to urgent maintenance notifications, manages building and equipment maintenance schedules - Receives the guests - Responsible for shipments and deliveries - Supports internal areas to fulfill their responsibilities when there´s any action to be taken onsite at the office in Medellin. - Coordinates regular translations projects, sends and receives handoffs, monitors vendors and deadlines. **Requirements**: - Proficient in excel is a must - Effective verbal and written communications skills in English - Fast learner. - MS Office (Internet - Word-Excel-Outlook, etc.). - Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision.
