Manage multiple job requisitions with high attention to detail. Use ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques to build strong pipelines. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing goals. Stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements across states. 🎯 Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience sourcing healthcare professionals (travel nursing preferred). Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. High English proficiency (C1–C2).
