Game UX Researcher Job Description The role of a UX Researcher at Teravision Games involves planning, executing, and analyzing research to guide key design, development, and production decisions. This position requires strong communication skills to translate findings for both technical and creative audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and facilitate user research sessions with players (including playtests, interviews, surveys, etc.). - Support the planning and execution of user testing sessions, including participant recruitment, logistics, remote coordination (e.g., screen sharing, recordings), and data management. - Collect data using usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, and other relevant methods. In order to achieve these goals, you should have a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as experience conducting usability testing, interviews, or A/B testing. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in UX research, ideally in games or interactive products. - Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, interviews, or A/B testing. - Strong communication skills to translate findings for both technical and creative audiences. - Proficiency with tools like Notion, Excel, Airtable, OBS, Discord, or similar. - Intermediate to advanced English for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
