Fragrance Innovator As a Fragrance Innovator, you will play a pivotal role in developing unique fragrances for the Home and Fabric care categories. Your expertise will enable the creation of captivating scents that drive consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities - Evaluate Fragrance Projects: Collaborate with experienced perfumers to manage the creation of new fragrances for Home and Fabric care categories, ensuring they meet customer needs. - Select Suitable Fragrances: Identify fragrances that align with our customers' requirements, considering market dynamics and consumer needs. - Collect and Agree on Fragrances: Ensure fragrance samples meet our needs and agree on them with stakeholders. - Write Engaging Fragrance Descriptions: Develop descriptions linked to marketing trends to showcase our fragrances. - Research Market Dynamics: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory guidelines for the Andean market. - Collaborate with Perfumers: Work directly with perfumers to develop fragrance themes, combining creative skills with their expertise. Cross-functional Collaboration - Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales colleagues throughout the project process to ensure customer requirements are met. - Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing colleagues to share trends information and present internally and to clients.
