Job Title: Product Strategist Overview: The Product Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization by defining, prioritizing, and delivering new capabilities across customer-facing and internal applications. This individual will serve as the catalyst between business needs and technology, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Defining and maintaining the product vision and roadmap for BSS and Customer Portal platforms. - Prioritizing features and functionality based on business value and technical feasibility. - Owning and managing the product backlog. The Product Strategist will also act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team, gathering and refining business and functional requirements, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable product features and enhancements. In addition, this role involves collaborating with project managers to align delivery schedules and manage release planning, writing and refining user stories and technical specifications, and participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in a B2B SaaS, Telecom, or Infrastructure Services environment. - Strong understanding of BSS concepts such as Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce, and Hire-to-Retire. Experience working with ERP systems, CRM systems, customer portal systems, workflow automation tools, and proficiency in writing user stories, creating wireframes, process diagrams, and documenting functional and technical requirements are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Wiki, or similar are essential for success in this role.
