What You’ll Do As our LCL Export Operations Representative, you’ll be responsible for: • Preparing weekly load plans for rail and ocean consolidations • Processing dock receipts and managing freight documentation • Filing AES, submitting forwarding instructions to carriers • Coordinating with shippers and arranging pickups at various CFS • Monitoring damages and managing hazardous cargo documentation • Managing billing, pre-alerts, and updating customers on milestones We build weekly consolidation boxes to destinations like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Honolulu, and more—leveraging our own IPI rail programs and partner facilities. ?? Key Requirements • Experience in export operations (LCL preferred) • DG (Hazmat) certification or willingness to obtain it • Knowledge of INCO terms and export documentation • Advanced English communication skills • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills • Experience with AES filing and freight booking platforms ?? Performance Metrics (KPIs): • Billing completed before vessel departure • Pre-alerts sent within ETD +3 days • AES filed before document cut-off • Weekly load plan scheduling for AU/NZ/HNL/SIN ??
